By keeping your home priced slightly below what a real estate agent would sell it for, your property will sell faster, and you'll end up dealing with a satisfied buyer who knows that they are receiving a fair deal.
• It's not nearly as hard as real estate agents would lead you to believe. When you negotiate with a buyer in good faith and enlist the help of professionals, things will go smoothly.
